I understand what it feels like to need a plan. I have been through many moves, job changes, relationship changes, and career changes. I know what it feels like to feel like something just isn't right. My education background runs the gamut of English degree, Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Master's in Information Science, Six Sigma Black Belt, technical certifications, dog training certifications, dog behavior certifications, health and wellness coach training and life coaching training. My dog training career has taught me how to help people - my clients will attest that I was training them while I was training their dogs. I worked in corporate America for 20 years, dog training for 12 years, and now I am a Certified Professional Life Coach. I hold certifications or specializations in wellness, nutrition, weight loss, running, personal fitness training, and senior fitness. By nature, I am a people person and a coach. I want my clients to experience what it feels like to follow your dreams, realize your potential, and have the life you have always wanted.
